We are on a mission to make future generations proud by giving back to the planet, the population, and the charities and conservation projects working so hard behind the scenes to make the world better every day.
Women Behind Kaylar
Solopreneur. Womanpreneur. Dreamer.
My life began in a small rural village in Central Europe, hundreds of miles from the nearest city. I
was blessed to call this idyllic place home for years; a world where people lived in harmony with
nature, undisturbed. We breathed clean air. Ate organic food from the Earth. Hitchhiked by horse and wagon to school in the summer and Ice skated on the frozen roads in a winter.
We had a stable climate, and we enjoyed an undiluted view of the Milky Way every. Single. Night.
It’s no wonder our people had longer lifespans.
Oh, how things have changed.
(And no, I’m not 135. I’m 35…)
It was in my early 20s that I relocated to London for work, trading my unblemished sanctuary for
the polluted concrete jungle. I spent 10 years working as a Paramedic and Medical Advisor which
also opened my eyes and mind to the human psyche and what’s missing in the collective mindset
of today’s generation.
Yes, the city was beautiful in its own way…but this beauty was flawed. I lost hope for a long time.
In pursuit of fulfilling my passion for travel, diving, and photography, I wandered the world. I saw
parts of the Earth that restored my faith in humanity, but I couldn’t forget what I’d already seen –
and I knew I needed to do something about it. The alternative was to watch the planet continue its
descent into destruction, and the unborn generations of tomorrow deserve better. Material
possessions are great, but not great enough to compromise the most important things in life. I’ve
seen enough people reach the end of their lives to know what matters.
As the Dalai Lama once said…
“ We sacrifice our health in order to make wealth, and then we sacrifice our wealth in order to get
back our health…”
And we also spectacularly ruin the environment in the process. If my life thus far has taught me one thing, it’s that I don’t want to reach the end knowing I did
nothing to give others a better beginning. I want to help CREATE that beginning, and I want to
witness it while I’m still here.
Together, we can leave a better, cleaner, greener world behind. One that makes future generations
